Does "Racist" Count as a Disability?

Newsday readers have sounded off on the case of the former Wal-Mart employee with Down's Syndrome and IBS suing the company (normally praised for its hiring of disabled workers) for discrimination after he was fired.

Our favorite comment was this gem from someone called (ironically) Fix Society:

Not to stereotype or anything.

Ahhh come on.

I know people who work for Walmart, and that comment is patently TRUE.

But since that person who posted the comment is now labeled (by you)as a "racist", it cant be true. Right ?

Did you ever stop to think WHY Walmarts company policy is SO lenient ? If they fired any of these non-producing workers, they probably would be sued for firing "Black" women.

"Wowmart be RACIST fo firing oww asses!!"

That "racist" shield protects black people against EVERYTHING.

ROTFLMAO.

But is it because they're black that they're hard to motivate? We didn't know black girls carried the "unmotivated" gene.

How does that explain that pasty white lazy guy we used to work with? He had a mustache, too, though.

Hmmm, interesting point - The "unmotivated" gene. Might be worth looking into.

Seriously, if the person who wrote the comment said "the unmotivated white girls.....", we probably wouldnt have heard anything from you.... Right ? (I know the answer to that one already).

If you could think outside the box your in and look around at what is happening, maybe you would see whats going on a little bit better.

We still don't understand why being black means they're lazy. We're white and lazy, but not because we're white. We've worked with very motivated black people, even motivated people from Latin America, and we've seen lazy people of all ages and colors and creeds. (As a matter of fact, they mostly hover around Wal-Mart.)

The ones we REALLY hate? The fuckin' Belgians! Who do they think they ARE, anyway?
